Glow Reviews operates under a strict privacy-first principle: we believe your website and customer relationships belong entirely to you. We do not inject telemetry, remote tracking beacons, external CDN scripts, or third-party advertising cookies into your website.

2. Information Collected Through the Contact Form

When you send an inquiry through our Contact Form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message content. This information is dispatched directly to the site administrator via secure server email (wp_mail). We do not save contact form messages into the WordPress database, and we never share your email address with third-party marketing companies.

3. Information Collected via the Glow Reviews Plugin

When visitors submit customer testimonials through the frontend feedback form, the following details are stored locally within the website owner’s WordPress database:

• Reviewer Name: Displayed publicly with the approved testimonial.
• Company & Designation (optional): Displayed with the testimonial.
• Email Address: Used solely for submission verification, Gravatar matching, and duplicate-submission matching. Never displayed publicly on the website frontend.
• Star Rating & Review Text: Displayed with the approved testimonial.
• Optional Photo Upload: Stored locally in the WordPress wp-content/uploads/ folder.
• IP Address (Transients): A cryptographic hash or IP record is stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) in WordPress transients strictly to enforce spam rate limits (3 submissions/hour, 10 submissions/day) and is discarded automatically.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This website uses essential session cookies required for WordPress core administrative functions and security nonces. We do not set third-party cross-site advertising cookies or behavioral profiling cookies.
