How the Glow Reviews Feedback Form Works
The feedback collection form allows your visitors and clients to submit reviews seamlessly via modern AJAX submission (with standard POST fallback). Because submissions never publish immediately, your site remains safe from inappropriate content and spam.

Duplicate-Email Update Flow
If a client submits a review using an email address that already submitted a testimonial, Glow Reviews triggers its built-in update flow rather than creating spam duplicates:
- The system matches the existing record by verified email address.
- The existing entry is safely updated with the revised rating, role, and text.
- Crucially, the testimonial is immediately reset to Pending Moderation status, ensuring revised reviews cannot bypass editorial approval.

2. WordPress Avatar: If no custom image is uploaded, the plugin checks the submitter’s email against standard WordPress avatar services.
3. Lightweight SVG Fallback: If no avatar exists, Glow Reviews renders an inline SVG avatar with reviewer initials, avoiding broken images and external HTTP calls.
