Quick Start Guide (3 Simple Steps)
Get up and running with customer feedback and modern testimonial displays in under five minutes:
1. Install & Activate
Search for Glow Reviews in wp-admin > Plugins > Add New or upload the zip from WordPress.org. Activate the plugin with one click.
2. Add Feedback Form
Add [glowrev-feedback-form] to any post, page, or widget area. Clients can submit reviews, ratings, and optional photos safely.
3. Display Testimonials
Embed approved reviews on your landing page using [glowrev-display-testimonials layout="grid"] or design a custom layout in the visual builder.

- Pending Moderation Queue: All incoming customer feedback is saved with a pending moderation status under Pending Feedback in your WordPress dashboard. Reviews never appear publicly until explicitly approved.
- Native Custom Post Type: Glow Reviews stores submissions securely in the native
glowrev_testimonialpost type. No proprietary external databases or third-party cloud lock-in. - Drag-and-Drop Layout Builder: Located under Tools > Layout Builder, allowing you to reorder testimonial cards, customize styles, and preview across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
- Multi-Layer Spam Shield: Protects your website automatically with cryptographic nonces, invisible honeypot trap fields, form submission timing checks (rejects submissions in under 3 seconds), and strict IP rate limits (3/hr and 10/day).
